Lin floated… But not of her doing. She was only 3, and was accidentally swept high in the air after being tangled up by a streamer from a kite. It was during a festival in Taiwan, and she rose above the people, tossed about by high winds for a good 30 seconds or so (bouncing with the inflatable pandas and astronauts).
Eventually she floated down, unharmed, with just a few abrasions on her neck and face.
As for the panda… Who knows how high it flew.
