Or was.
It’s Jason Vorhees, from the Friday the 13th movies, and believe it or not, he was actually found underwater. Dead, chained, and stiff, just like he died in the 3rd movie: (Friday the 13th Part 3 #ad) Chained to a boulder at the bottom of Crystal Lake by Tommy, where Megan activated the propeller of the boat and ground Jason’s throat up. Jason still alive at the end, is reawakened in the next film. (Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives #ad)…
Found deep in Lake Pleasant, you probably would have screamed. For a full life-sized Jason was resting on the bottom of the lake for adventure seekers to find.
Well, he was actually placed there by a diver; Zachary Nagy, who then filmed it for YouTube with rave reviews.
The statue was later removed by authorities. Spoil sports!
