This is true… Scotch Tape brand, in the 1940’s, used to promote the fact that you can trim your hair, bangs, or fringes, with one strip of Scotch Tape. Simply stick a length of tape across your hair and forehead, and cut. It not only creates a straight line across your head, but the tape holds all the loose hairs so they won’t fall in your eyes. Genius? Or crazy?
